Your satisfaction is important to us. If the product you received is defective, damaged, expired, or incorrect, you are eligible for a return, replacement, or refund. We encourage customers to check their order immediately upon delivery to avoid delays.

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged, leaking, or broken.

  • The product delivered is expired or near-expiry.

  • The packaging was tampered or improperly sealed.

  • You received a wrong product, wrong quantity, or missing items.

2.2 Quality Concerns

  • The product has an unusual odor, taste, or texture.

  • The item appears spoiled or not up to expected standards.

2.3 Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unopened (unless damaged upon arrival).

  • Original packaging, labels, and seals must remain intact.

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID, invoice) must be provided.


3. Return Window

  • All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted due to product nature and safety guidelines.


4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed food items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage

  • Items exposed to heat, moisture, or contamination

  • Clearance, discounted, promotional, or free items

  • Perishable items expected to be consumed quickly


5. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned product, our quality team will inspect it. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on payment method.

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds may be sent through:

  • Bkash

  • Nagad

  • Bank Transfer

  • Original payment method (if applicable)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are processed via mobile banking after verification.

5.3 Refund Deductions

A small delivery or handling fee may be deducted in specific cases (e.g., customer-requested return without product issue).


6. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, customers may choose a replacement. A replacement is eligible when:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product was expired or spoiled

Replacements depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


7. Order Cancellation

7.1 Before Shipment

  • You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped.

  • Full refund will be issued immediately.

7.2 After Shipment

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may qualify for return after delivery.


8. Product Verification (Mandatory)

Customers must provide:

  • Photo/video of the product showing the issue

  • Image of packaging and invoice

  • Order ID and contact details

This helps us process your case quickly and maintain fairness.


9. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only when:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • The product has expired or appears spoiled

Exchanges for customer preference (e.g., “I don’t like the taste”) are not allowed.


10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Storing food products properly after receiving them

  • Reporting issues within the return window

  • Keeping packaging intact until the case is resolved


11. Company Rights

SHUKNOFOOD reserves the right to:

  • Reject a return if the product is used, damaged after delivery, or altered

  • Request additional evidence (images/videos)

  • Decide whether a refund or replacement is appropriate based on the inspection
